About the Opportunity

As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will optimize and monitor existing campaigns to yield recommendations on how to allocate future investment on media spend. You will establish a knowledge base for best practices on launching new channels end-to-end; from asset creation all the way out to programmatic monitoring,ย  establishing a true omnichannel marketing approach. You will take the lead in ensuring a scalable setup ofย  prospecting and retargeting campaigns. Furthermore, you will be a main touch point for agency partners and internal product stakeholders, acting as the guiding force behind our success within Meta, TikTok and other social channels you find relevant!ย 

  • Manage day-to-day media buying activities for Primal Harvest brands across social media platforms, primarily TikTok and Meta

  • Build out and own our paid marketing channel strategy as it supports our overall growth goals, including subscriptions

  • Specifically, help us test Paid Social and Retargeting platforms, as a way of amplifying our content library and supporting our customer journey

  • Build an experimentation roadmap to help inform our paid marketing plan, creative strategy, and content calendars

  • Partner closely with our Operations team and Retention teams to implement valuable customer experiences, healthy paid marketing funnels, and customer-first tests to steer our channel decisions

  • Partner closely with our Content and Copy teams to create interesting channel campaigns that attract and engage prospects (TOFU, MOFU) and ultimately drive conversions (BOFU)

  • Partner closely with the broader Marketing team to ensure our campaigns are cross-channel and seamlessly integrate in a way that delivers a superior prospect experience

  • Be the voice of your acquisition platforms and channels internally, helping educate the broader team on what the latest updates, ideas, and inspirations are

  • Recommend and/or coordinate with any third party vendors or agencies we believe would accelerate our growth plans as it relates to Acquisition and paid marketing specifically

Job requirements

    • Practical experience with Media Mix Models, specifically in TikTok and Meta paid social activities: you have been a media buyer and know your way around business manager accounts and ad accounts.

    • An analytical, data-driven approach: you make sense of the numbers in front of you and know what KPIs drive the business and which vanity metrics help uncover opportunities

    • A strong understanding of Platform Intelligence: you know what is allowed and what is not allowed to be advertised in our industry on these platforms, and keep the accounts in good standing

    • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Professional Business English is a must. Conversational German is an advantage

    • Experience, or exposure to strategizing for Youtube and Snap, Paid Search, email and influencer marketing is a plus.

Minimum Salary of $60,000 + Benefits.
